Wonderful Anniversary Stay! While celebrating our anniversary here in Myrtle Beach, we’ve had a fantastic experience so far. When we checked in, Shonda was professional, knowledgeable about the property and everything it offers, and incredibly kind and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Our room is amazing with a breathtaking view! The area has so much to offer … great restaurants, wine, and good vibes all around. We’ll definitely be coming back here!

I absolutely love this location & the customer service is top tier. Jordan helped me with a minor concern & resolved it immediately. Jeannine was amazing at check in. I always stay in Royale Palms anytime I'm in Myrtle Beach in the condos as it feels more like a home, than a hotel. Love the beach front access

Took my daughter for 18th birthday. Hotel is amazing views were amazing. Tyneshia M. Was above and beyond to help with everything and anything all around great guest service. Thank you Tyneshia you made the trip better. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn at Kingston Resorts, and while we experienced an inconvenience during our stay, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service we received, especially from Cathy at the front desk. Cathy went above and beyond to make sure we were properly accommodated. She was patient, professional, and genuinely concerned about resolving the situation for us. Instead of making us feel like just another guest, she took the time to listen, offered thoughtful solutions, and followed through to ensure everything was handled. In hospitality, moments of inconvenience can happen anywhere, but it’s how staff respond that makes the difference. Cathy’s kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a frustrat
