Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village Orlando

This was a very nice place to stay. The room was beautiful and the grounds were beautiful. The pool is beautiful and they had a movie that we enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again. They only had one big pan in the kitchen, so we had to go buy a small pan. I had to ask for a blender, but they supplied one immediately.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and had a good experience. The hotel was comfortable and met our expectations for the most part. There were a couple of minor issues worth mentioning: the staff driving the golf carts tended to drive too fast through the parking lot, which felt a bit unsafe, and the TV in one of our rooms did not work. Aside from these issues, everything else was enjoyable, and we would consider staying here again.

We wished we could have stayed longer. We were extremely pleased with our choice of hotel in Orlando—spacious accommodations that were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing much-needed rest after long days walking in the parks. The coffee machine was a nice touch, and the quality of the coffee supplies was excellent. The outdoor pools were clean, inviting, and nicely heated for refreshing swims, and the jacuzzi was well maintained and relaxing.

Best location in the area. Rooms were great and so much to offer. The pillows and bed lacked a bit to be desired, but it just wasn't my bed. We stayed in building 4, top floor and the pool was right there. The elevators started acting up and the pumps cavitated causing an aggressive vibration at the top floor, they are just low on oil, don't be alarmed. I cannot wait to stay there again.

We went to a discounted timeshare presentation, and while they were trying to sell us one, the room they gave us wasn’t exactly the nicest. Even though it had all sorts of cool stuff, like a full kitchen (except for salt and pepper!), however the fridge was all dented. The living and dining areas had a big flat-screen TV and a view of the top of a building with utilities right in our face. The light over the dining table looked like it was going to fall at any moment. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were super soft feather pillows with no support. We slept pretty well, though. The bedroom also had a nice big TV and a hot tub, which was fantastic. The bathroom was spacious with a really nice shower. The washer and dryer were broken and had to be replaced late at night before we checked
