Hilton Grand Vacations Club SeaWorld Orlando

I stayed at this wonderful hotel in October last year and have already rebooked for October this year. I loved it, beautiful rooms in individual blocks, I was in Block 9, surrounded by landscaped gardens with ample parking. My room was comfy, spacious and peacefull just what I needed. There are 3 amazing Pools, a Deli stocked with pastries and all the little things you might need. The bar/restaurant has a great little menu and a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and warm especially the Bell Boys who zip up and down in their little buggies and who were all great fun. For me this was the perfect hotel and I cannot wait to go back. We really enjoyed our stay and the overall experience. The location was perfect, especially for visiting SeaWorld and the surrounding parks. Everything was close by and easy to access, which made the trip smooth and stress-free. The atmosphere was relaxing, the accommodations were comfortable, and it made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the parks. Highly recommended!

The only thing I did not like about this place was where they con you into trying to become a member and then they screwed you over when you tried to book a four day three night reservation thing and they screwed me over at their marketplace down the road but otherwise Great food great drinks, great atmosphere. Everything was awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better place as a matter fact, I know three people already that have booked it there and they said they loved it too except when they try to call you to become a member o “ Timeshare” because we spent $250 on a four day three night location and they never give it to us so yeah, just be careful with that but the rest of it that was an awesome place. Positive: The layout of the hotel was very nice. The walking paths and central location of the pool was well thought out. The grill at the pool was excellent. Negative: The poolside restrooms need the toilet paper dispenser raised. For some reason it is very low so you almost need to stand on your head to get some toilet paper.

Stayed there in August . My wife was told by reservation desk that they were Hilton .. When we booked the room we instantly we were charged the wrong price. When we called right back they told us there was no refund and that was the price and now they were not Hilton but a 3rd party company. We contacted Hilton directly they said they could help, they rebooked my room and told me the other company they would refund our money. Now it is march and no refund no help. Nothing but come pay for another room and ill give you a upgrade.. Janna is a horrible person and reservation manager who is no help what so ever. So I paid over 800 for a 2 night stay in a hotel that was 185 a night. And all they do is blame the other people for thier problems . Stay away from this hotel so many nicer com
