Hilton Grand Vacations Club Parc Soleil Orlando

This hotel is outstanding! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and quick to satisfy any needs. The pools and jacuzzis are large and seem very well maintained, with plenty of seating. They provided live music by the main pool on Fridays, which was very nice. The store has a good variety of things you might need. The location of this property is excellent as well, set right between the Disney parks, the airport, and Universal parks; about 12 minutes distance driving. The hotel also sits within walking distance of a large grocery store and a dozen restaurants.

Overall, we had a really great stay and enjoyed the property a lot. The place is very clean and well kept. Parking garage was super convenient, and I appreciated the little perks like the complimentary water bottles or coffee. The room itself was great — spacious bathroom and shower (loved that), a huge balcony, and everything felt clean and comfortable. The DVD rentals were a fun bonus, and the amount of pools and jacuzzis on the property was awesome. Staff was friendly, and the different activities throughout the day were entertaining. A couple things could use improvement though. The activity center felt way too crowded, and mixing it with the kids’ area wasn’t ideal. We had purchased a 4 day trip and wanted to meet our family and vacation together, but I wasn't able to during the scheduled time. But it turned out my wife and I made it for my birthday and the Hilton Grand Vacation Club didn't disappoint. The one bedroom suite was immaculate roomy and very comfortable and clean. The grounds are super clean as is the rooms, the gift shop downstairs and small restaurant was nice and the service again was outstanding. We are busy here in Georgia and it was a nice drive for us and a well needed break from day to day. Our retired life keeps us active and busy. So if your in the area please give them a try if you was luxurious week or weekend, how ever long they will take care of you. I'll give them a 10 out of 10. I really enjoyed my stay with them.

Stayed four nights. Booked a one-bedroom penthouse suite, was assigned room on 14th floor (building has 15). Rooms are basically apartments. Housekeeping replaced towels and made bed daily, room was very clean with furniture that appeared to be brand new. Excellent and professional service from everyone I interacted with. Property has two pools and four hot tubs all of which were in service and pool with slide was warm enough to go for swim on a cool night which was very nice. I observed mostly older adults. Property is a time share/ "vacation club". Much different atmosphere than a hotel property, was very relaxed and quiet. I could nit-pick at some very small things but not significant enough to mention. Upon check in was given vouchers for 2x free coffees or waters per number of nights

The hotel is big with outdoor swimming pool, bar, restaurant and other facilities. Although the hotel is old, it is still well maintained.Reception and bell service are very helpful in accommodating my needs. Appreciate their help.Near Disney and universal, would recommend as a more budget friendly choice comparing to theme park resorts.
