Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Enclave Myrtle Beach

OK, here is the scoop as of today. Yes, the parking garage is almost a block away. No big deal. Unload and load at the hotel, then self park for free in off season or for $20/day in season. Or, pay for valet for $25 per day year round. All employees encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was immaculate. There is a “time share pitch”. We received 120K points for attending. Presentation moved quickly and was fun. We did not bite because of our age but if we were in our 30’s to 60’s we would have. A great program, full of value. Not the old, traditional time share. Will definitely return!

Dear Hilton Enclave Management Team, This property has been one of my favorite hotels in Myrtle Beach for years and, until now, has always exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, my recent stay during my birthday visit was very disappointing. Upon checking in, I noticed that the carpet in our room was visibly dirty. I immediately reached out through the guest chat to notify staff. Later that evening, after returning from dinner and preparing to shower, I also noticed that the bathroom was not cleaned to standard. I again notified the guest chat. Claudine, front office night manager, who showed no interest. Mary, told me that someone could be sent to address the issues, no one ever came to vacuum the carpet or clean the shower. That same evening, we planned to use the hot tub. At check-

Nice property. Front desk staff member was very pleasant and welcoming. The concierge wasn't too pushy to listen to a 90 minute timeshare presentation which I appreciated. We had the 1 bd oceanfront room which was a great layout. The main issue was the Wi-Fi to stream anything. The HDMI was down and the Chromecast streaming didn't always work which was frustrating. The food and drinks at the sports bar were great. Overall good stay, just need to fix the Wi-Fi which I saw in other posts in the past.

This was definitely a great choice for vacation!!. It was home away from home!!. Very spacious rooms, great amenities, the units were very clean and the staff was very professional!!. I definitely enjoyed the ocean view!!
