Hilton Garden Inn Yakima Downtown

I travel quite a bit for work. I try to stay at Hilton's even though sometimes, they're not all created equal. |This place is by far one of the best. |The people who work there seemed genuinely nice. |My questions were answered quickly and very professionally. My room was very clean. All in all it was a nice stay and when i'm back this way. |I'll stay here again.

Good room. Decent location. Great Service. Rooms were clean. Noise level was what was expected and maybe a little quieter. Service at the desk was outstanding. Friendly and informative. Could have gotten the 5th star if I didn't have to pay for parking. Will definitely stay here again next year.

The front desk clerk told me a Starbucks was one block from the hotel. When I tried to find it and reported back that she was incorrect, she argued with me and actually walked out of the hotel with me to prove me wrong. Then she saw that she was wrong and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Just a little disappointing at the lack of hospitality. The rooms are basic but clean. The location is very convenient.

Positive: The staff was friendly, and the common areas were clean and well-kept. Negative: The room was dingy, the sink did not drain, food was left in the refrigerator, it smelled of stale smoke, and the room overall was not what I had come to expect from this hotel.

Dining at this hotel restaurant was an overall great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it perfect for both a relaxed meal and a special occasion. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring everything was just right.|| I would highly recommend it to anyone staying local or visiting the area!
