Comfort Suites Yakima

Great hotel! I stayed for 1 night, the pool was great, very clean with a hot tub as well. The bed was great, no bed bugs and it was extremely comfortable. I stayed in room 302. It was nice considering it was the top floor so I didn't hear sounds from people above. It had a nice luxurious feeling bathroom with a large shower, room was very clean, morning had waffles, fruit, toast, eggs, meat, yogurt, cereal and it all tasted great. Amazing hotel especially for families.

Most everything was good. The hot tub had debris in it, dead bugs, hair floating around like the filter hadn’t been working for quite some time. It was repulsive actually. We specifically chose this site because of the hot tub availability and it was very disappointing.

This is the only place my hubby & I stay when we visit our family in Yakima! Once u find the best hotel why try anything else? All the staff are Amazing. Prices are great & the beds are so comfy u won't want to leave. It was so nice & quiet. We felt so safe! It has a wonderful free breakfast. We even met the Jason, the Manager! He is so friendly, fun & efficient. The service here is exceptional.

The staff was great and the room was comfortable. Our refrigerator was full of left over items from the previous occupant and some objects were not pick up off the floor. Also, our room was quite a bit higher priced from just two weeks before. We hit a creator in the asphalt in the driveway of the motel. This sounds like a lot but we enjoyed our stay overall but might on back to doing Airbnb again.

I changed from my intial room as I had been driving all day and wanted a good nights sleep. I was put in #301. A HUGE mistake! I walked in and the refrigerator was majking a very high pitch noise. the only way to block it out was to turn the TV volume way up. When IO went to bed it was impossible to sleep because of the refrigerator noise. I tried to unplug it but that was not possible, I went to turn it off and the dial had been removed. Then around midnight the heater came on and that sounded like a jet planbe taking off! I did not get much sleep before the 6 hour drive ahead of me today.
