With the exception of the bedding and pillows smelling very musky, and Live TV stations not working (kept saying off air), had a wonderful stay! Excellent hot water and water pressure, room quiet, very dark for sleeping with great black-out curtains. Breakfast very good and plentiful (additional fee). Staff, Management excellent!!

I’m very surprised to read the negative reviews for this property. We have stayed here twice over the past 30 days, and this was not our experience at all. First room we had was on the 7th floor, second was on the 5th. Both were on the street side. 7th was slightly better from a street noise perspective, but it’s pretty quiet during sleeping hours. If you like to sleep late, request a room on the parking lot side. The rooms are really comfortable. Beds are great! Nice desk set up with very good desk chair (I want one!), lots of electrical plugs for laptops, phone chargers. Good lighting. Bathroom is basic with tub/shower combo. Nice little coffee station in room with a Keurig and a mini fridge. Bottled water in room - free for Hilton Honors members. There is a sports bar type r

I liked this hotel. The suite i had was massive. It had a big dining table, a couch and a few easy chairs. They had a good restaurant/bar attached. I had a couple small issues but neither was too bad. One was the heater in the bedroom would make a clicking sound that kept waking me up so I just turned it off. The room was plenty warm. The other was the hot water took a while to come up. It was over five minutes. I was up on the sixth floor so maybe that had something to do with it but it still took longer than it should have. But it eventually came up and it was fine. I would definitely stay here again

Positive: Clean hotel and good location Negative: Check in staff had poor customer service. Did not make eye contact and could not prioritize customer needs at check-in. Waited over 20 minutes without being acknowledged.

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. There was a nice Grill/bar attached with good food and service.
