Hilton Garden Inn Orlando International Drive North

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando International Drive North was truly outstanding from start to finish. The property is very well maintained, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting. Everything was organized and prepared in a way that made my stay both relaxing and convenient. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort. The level of service I received was equally impressive. Every interaction I had with the staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. I would especially like to recognize Heather for her exceptional service during my check-in experience. The Garden Inn is located in a Hilton cul-de-sac with the Garden Inn on one end and Homewood Suites on the other. This tranquil setting is so inviting after a busy day at the parks and CityWalk. Both hotels were renovated recently, so both look brand new. Of the two, the Garden Inn has a surprisingly large pool with a bar and a fire pit. I was told that it also has a larger gym, but I must say that I found the gym to be small. The weight room area is so small, that attempting to work out with just one other person is uncomfortable. If you’re just focusing on aerobics, you will find two treadmills and two ellipticals. Unfortunately, the gym closes at 10 pm, so if you plan to work out, plan to wake up early. We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn very much. It was one of the best decisions we made during our trip, to change our reservation from another hotel to this one.The hotel is chic and clean. All staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than our check-in time that day and the front desk staff helped us store our luggage. The process is systematic, with luggage tags and tickets for us to claim them back easily and quickly after we returned the hotel from Universal Studios. There is also shuttle bus services available to Universal Studio, which is very convenient. Even if you miss the bus, the hotel is at close proximity to the theme park, about a 5-min drive only.We enjoyed the whirl pool very much. I booked this hotel on AAA. My friend and I were very pleased with our room. The accommodations were clean and it was nice to have a microwave and a mini fridge. We only stayed two nights. We were able to take advantage the pool and Jacuzzi. Nothing special but very enjoyable on a semi-cool day. The elevators were a bit questionable but got us to where we need to go. It was very close to Seaworld and we were able to take a shuttle for free. Overall, a decent experience and would go back again for sure

We really enjoyed our stay. It's been newly refurbished. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the tiki bar and fire pit (it was a chilly evening) but the mixed drinks on the bar menu were yuck. Way too sweet. The shuttle to Universal was easy. And there is no parking fee to stay here. Will definitely stay here again.
