I was on the fence if I was going to leave a review because I have already emailed mgmt of my experience and they replied with a thank you for letting them know. But I feel if you're thinking of staying here, you need to have the info to make a fair decision. The desk girl who checked us in was the star of this hotel! Too bad the other service was a 1.||My experience with the rooms are the same as other guests reviews. The rooms and halls have a pungent smell of mold. There are visible signs of water damage in the halls. We changed rooms which was slightly better. They do sell room deodorant, which upon check-in I thought was odd but now understand. Stayed here during a work conference. Disappointed, unlikely people recieved hospitality training. The room itself was clean, housekeeping did a great job. The bathroom was dated but clean. HOWEVER, the shower only had HOT water. My skin was red and I had to step out because it was too hot. I told the desk clerk on day one. They sent a plumber while I was gone, who seemed to have adjusted the handle on the shower, recaulked, but there was still only hot water. On day two, after another unbearably hot shower, I complained again when I returned from my day and a different person at the desk asked the room #, then said "you must be in one of the rooms that the construction workers reversed the hot and cold lines.If you turn the handle all the way to hot, you will get cold water." Positive: Parking was easy. Negative: My room is in need of renovation. The shower even had mold at the bottom. In addition, rooms are only cleaned every other day.

Over the last 15 years, I have stayed at this hotel at least twice a year. The rooms are standard and the surrounding area isn't that great but the people who work here are unbelievable. Richard will help you with anything you need for breakfast, and Megan is one of the many incredible front desk hosts that are always friendly and accommodating. Many great places to eat nearby.

Great and quiet location with restaurant menu. The rooms are comfortable however , my room wasn't unfortunately well cleaned and the shower door and the shower itself, were both broken so the rooms needs some repairs. The staff were friendly and attentive.
