Friendly accommodating crew here. Front desk employees top notch. Room and bathrooms kept immaculate. Roof top pool VERY nice touch. Restaurant serves good choices, fair price and very good food! Nice wait staff too :) Great little shop for food and snacks, a bit of everything! Very convenient. Thanks So Much, John & Donna Coleman

When i checked in they told me in Valet only, nowhere on the website did it say valet. I had a really nice gentleman named Steven check me in and made the process very easy for me. I appreciate how patient he was with me trying to figure out my parking situation. They got my car on time and very organized i really appreciate my experience.

The check-in experience was a little unpleasant as we arrive after 12am due to flight delay and the front desk was empty. Thanks to existing guest coming out hence we were able to be let in to sit and wait for the front desk at the lobby. Turns out the person was away on toilet break. Perhaps a sign would had kept us aware. We later found out the front desk was in the toilet from the security. We have a few other people all waiting for check in or for the valet parking. What has done well obviously is the locked door that only access card can be let in and also the security making rounds. This had certainly boost my confidence of the security of this hotel. I am also impressed by the cleanliness and space of the hotel room. Josh helped our big group have an awesome stay in downtown Orlando! Communicative, professional, and gracious. The rooms, staff, and location are perfect for anything downtown. Thank you all so much for having our large group and making it a great stay!

Nice place but was told a 12 minute walk to the Kia Center, you would have to run to make it in 12 minutes. It's 22 minutes on Google, which is accurate. Also told upon check-in that we had a $30 credit towards breakfast, which our server confirmed. When checking out we were told that we were misinformed. Hey, $30 isn't going to make or break me but classic bait and switch.
