Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld

Full review. Rooms were spacious and nice but here was my issues. 1. Beds have sharp metal sticking out from under it that you will cut your leg on. 2. Showers do not have hot water half of the time. 3. Shower shampoo and body was empty upon my check in.. I had service replace them but then I later in the day found out my lotion was also empty. Room was cleaned one time during my stay and they did not give me more toilet paper or change the empty lotion out. The noise level was generally quiet and I did not hear my neighbors if I had any. But during the morning I could hear the cleaner carts rolling around from the floor above me. Pool was extremely cold, but the hot tub was nice and warm. Breakfast was 18$ and was a basic breakfast, not worth it. During my stay one of their two elevators

Although cheaper than some other options, I expected more! The shower didn't work properly, the curtains didn't work properly, maintenance personnel came but issues were not fixed. The pool is NOT heated as advertised, and the hot tub is only big enough for about 5 people total. It's also just a hot pool basically, the "bubbles" from the jets reminded me of the bubbles that fish tank filters create. Breakfast is not automatically included which is fine but if you are going to charge $18 for breakfast it should be better than what's usually a free breakfast buffet at other hotels. The free shuttle to SeaWorld only comes 3 times, and those times are not advertised well. It is walkable to SeaWorld from the hotel, but then there is a lot of walking at SeaWorld so add on a walk to/from th

Positive: location- walk to Sea World, area around hotel- easy to get anywhere from International Drive, nice to have the drug store open late & gas station across the street. Fitness center clean- well equipped, pool area nice/towels available. Negative: Pet friendly so sadly my room smelled heavily of dog, but otherwise had everything I needed with great staff.

Great location if you’re planning on visiting Seaworld, just a short walk to park entrance. If you’re in town for conference it’s about a half hour walk to conference center. The restaurant is not a full restaurant and not gluten free friendly. Rooms are geared towards conference attendees, with only one office chair and one wingback comfortable chair, this seems at odds with its location near a family attraction. The room is a good size, but in need of updating. Microwave is very small, not large enough for a bag of microwave popcorn. The refrigerator was preset to a temperature that froze our fresh fruit. Bathroom was adequate, however I was unable to turn on tub faucet, after getting help to turn it on, I had to leave a steady stream of water running otherwise I would need help to

The only negatives was the hotel was a little noisy- big city location, lots going on, helicopters, etc. and the bar closed early one night. Other than that I would highly recommend staying. Nice rooms, bar on site, nice pool, very close to the convention center if you are doing something there and close to lots happening on International drive- all for good priced rooms.
