Staff were amazing, very helpful, attentive, and vey accomodating! Would stay again, and again, and again!

I don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one after our stay. The front desk staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay. We also had positive conversations with other employees of the hotel. The following morning, we decided to eat the breakfast buffet. The service was good and the food was very fresh and delicious. I even met Lou the chef and he was very humble and thankful for the positive review of his cooking. We will definitely stay there again when we are in that area.

It pains me to leave this review but I feel like it is necessary. We've been staying in Hilton's for 15 years because you typically know what you get when you do. This one seems to be a little different though. Maybe it's because it's a frequent destination for travelers and they can't find anyone that wants to work but the service did not meet Hilton standards. I don't want this to be too lengthy of a review so I'll try to get right to the point. Upon arrival, we got booked into someone else's room although we booked a week prior. A first time for us and not even really sure how this happens. The front desk girl was very sweet but also very inexperienced. She had to talk with housekeeping to try and figure it out. The hotel is in a great location and has a nice, modern look, but the breakfast was disappointing (and not complimentary), and the rooms could have been cleaner. As far as breakfast goes, the food was cold, kinda gross, and the options were limited. I’ve stayed at other Hilton properties with much better breakfast selections—and those were free. We didn’t realize there was a charge until the check was dropped off at our table. Thankfully, one staff member was very kind and gave us a voucher when she heard what happened, which we really appreciated. They did have tasty allergy-friendly muffins at the breakfast bar, which I was grateful for since I have food allergies. However, overall, the food just wasn’t great. I never leave reviews but felt like I had to share. I want to start off by thanking Aryel, Anna and the rest of the crew for such amazing service and hospitality. This was my first time in the area and absolutely loved it. They treated my mom and I like family. The room and pool were clean and breakfast was great. We had no complaints and will definitely be back again soon. Thanks again!
