Hilton Garden Inn Myrtle Beach/Coastal Grand Mall

5 Stars all around. Was worried about the toilets after DT‘s review good news is if you hold down the flusher long enough, it works like a gem Courtney had me concerned about the customer service. It is definitely not the worst around and we had delightful interactions and they even gave me a free toothbrush. I didn’t see any construction or hear any construction roadwork as George mentioned his review was busted. What a good hotel and definitely a good place to stay.

Well worth the drive up after the stay in Hampton Inn, pawleys Island. Hotel was clean from top to bottom. Very friendly staff and Mary at the front desk even texted us that to make sure everything was acceptable. Hot water was HOT which was great, some franchises shut the boiler off at a certain point, not here! |A plane or two will fly o er but they stop so you can sleep comfortably.

I was hesitant at first, but this is an amazing property. Yes, it's away from the beach but YES...IT'S AWAY from the beach! It's clean, well laid out rooms are a treat and the lighting is top notch - a well lit but not over lit room. The bathroom is clean and spotless and everything works (I know this shouldn't be a celebration but a norm....). Unlike the three hotels I tried that were ON the beach, this one is actually pleasant, no pest problems, no attitude, no angry customers. It's pleasant. It's not pushy. It's not any more expensive and the mall is walkable from the hotel with a food court and movie theater. Stay here. I will every time I'm back.

In the Carolinas for a surprise birthday party close to Florence. Flew into Myrtle Beach. I planned a close location for our departure, but the snow created issues and delayed flights. I needed to add a day and change room options. Mary and the front desk was AMAZING. She was able to change our rooms, combine the reservations and support adding our adult daughter whose flight was also canceled to our reservation.

The moment we walked into the hotel we noticed how clean and fresh it was. We appreciated the complimentary water and snack ( they also have complimentary coffee in the am). The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was updated,spacious and spotless. The design was well thought out as there was plenty of room to store our clothes/ suitcase. There was a coffee maker and refrig in room as well. The hotel has a great restaurant which was an added bonus. They also have a well stocked grab n’ go. The lobby also offers some nice work- space areas. We didn’t have time unfortunately to enjoy either of the two pools but they did look inviting As for the location, it was perfect.
