Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

We were here at the hotel for the Hilton grand vacation sales tour to purchase a timeshare which they totally messed up on but our stay at the Hilton Garden inn at Buena Vista made it a great stay thanks to all the staff from Kamal, Daniella and Kristy. These employees what makes this hotel great, very hospitable and professional and well trained to handle any situation going that extra mile to make the guests experience and stay top notch. I will definitely be staying in the hotel again and again when I travel out here. Thank you all for your excellent service and hospitality.

Positive: I was offered free breakfasts because there was a hot water issue. Also the shuttles to Disney and Epcot is great. Negative: I wish we could take our food from the breakfast to our hotel room.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfy with a lovely city view. Being from Ireland, we love to walk, and the hotel is perfectly located for it, shops and restaurants are just a pleasant 15–20 minute stroll away. For Disney, Ubers were quick and very affordable.||The staff truly made our trip. Special thanks to Kristy, Maria Eduarda, and Franco for their help at the reception, and to Roberta at breakfast for her kindness. We also loved our evenings with Daniela, Yilda, and Oskar at the bar; the drinks, dinner, and conversations were highlights of our stay.||My only small note is that our shower gel was empty for the first two days; a quick room inspection before check-in would be helpful. Aside from that, we felt incredibly welcome and would definitely come back!

We aren’t generally hotel snobs. We just use them as a place to sleep while visiting parks and family. When we checked in, the room was very dirty and had only two towels. No problem. It happens. We ask at the front desk if they could just clean and add towels while we were out for the day. We come back later in the evening and nothing has been done. In addition, the sink only ran at a trickle and the water came out black. Very low water pressure in the shower and a toilet seat barely attached. All in all, a disappointing stay from a Hilton property, which are generally very well maintained. My advice….there are hundreds of hotels in the vicinity of Disney. Put this one at the very bottom of the”places I would stay” list.

I recently stayed at the Hilton, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff Ms Kristi Rolle was genuinely welcoming and helpful. She took care of every little kinks we had in our stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, and I really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the room felt after a long day. The breakfast was another highlight — plenty of fresh options, great coffee, and friendly staff who made the mornings even better. The hotel’s location was very convenient, close to everything I needed but still calm and relaxing. Overall, my stay at the Hilton was beyond my expectations.
