Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass

Enjoyable & Very Clean!!!! Spacious rooms, bright rooms with easily adjustable room temps. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were there during the Bomb Cyclone of 26' and they made extra effort to refill the coffee/tea station past the standard 11 am time. The best Biscuits and Gravy breakfast at Mulligans Restaurant attached to the hotel.

The stay was pleasant and staff friendly!!! The toilet in the room was low...not good for tall people or short. I am 5'2" and I thought it was low too! Other than that the room was cleaned and comfortable!!! When back in the area I will not have a problem staying there. The gym was AWESOME!!!

During my recent family visit to Jacksonville, for my Mayo appointments, we had an exceptionally positive experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. From our arrival, the staff’s warm hospitality and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and the front desk staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and accommodation throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. However, we encountered a minor inconvenience with our bedroom. Chase promptly addressed the issue, ensuring that our stay would be exceptionally enjoyable going forward. This hotel lobby and hallways are exceptionally clean and the check in staff are very nice. It appears to have been renovated not too long ago. The downside was we had a double bed room which was fine. The pillows have no pillow protectors on them, only a pillowcase. The linens could be whiter. Our bathroom was very tiny where the tub/toilet area is. The toilet was a very low toilet. Most hotels have comfort height. The tub/shower walls were newer but the tub itself had a lot of hard water on the fixtures. The carpets in the main area of the beds could be steam cleaned or replaced. Bring a Florida location tile floors seem to be a better fit in the sleeping and bathroom areas. I think overall the room was clean but lacked some amenities. No makeup mirrors, only one set of towe
