Comfort Suites Gulfport Central

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Gulfport, MS. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. The customer service truly stood out. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. Breakfast was a great experience as well, especially thanks to Mrs. Lornde, who was so sweet and friendly. She made the morning feel warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gulfport.

Clean hotel with no bugs. $50 deposit required. They check your room before you leave and will give it back. Hallways are well lit with stainfree carpets. Pretty quiet, but it was a Tuesday. The room was very spacious. The appliances were clean. The bathroom was clean. No hair anywhere in tub or floor! The door was was smashed but no biggie. The water pressure was fine and towels were a nice size. The bed was comfortable and the stain free sheets were so soft that I didn't want to leave it! Breakfast had a lot of options. Sausage, eggs, grits, potatoes, bisquits and gravy and pancakes! WAY more than most hotels. The hostess was polite and was very efficient. Great worker. Very good. The coffee not so good, but hotels never really have good coffee! We'd definitely stay here again.

Besides the outside of the building and premises looking run down and having construction by the road way. It was a nice and quiet stay. The room was nice and clean, had a pleasant aroma. We did encounter one small roach a killed in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and loved the updated bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Need to have a light install above the jacuzzi tub.Also the tile steps are super slippery and dangerous. Definitely a danger. They have a hole around the sprinkler head over the bed that needs to be repaired. The microwave is rusted and old. The furniture needs updating. Besides all of that it was still a pleasant stay. Oh and the pool was cloudy and green tint to the water. One of my reasons that a choose this hotel was for the indoor pool, but didn’t get to swim due to it be

PLEASE by all means stay away from this place, I complained of loud noise banging, stomping, running…Unable to sleep at all PLACE WAS LIKE ZOO…BUGS CRAWLING!! Left a review on Choice website and the General Manager charge my card in retaliation a smoking fee, by the way Sharon is her name and she VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT to talk & deal with. I NEVER smoked in my life absolutely hate the smell of any type of smoke. Upon arrival I should’ve never checked in but the time had passed to take advantage of the 24 hour cancellation policy. The ROOMS & BUILDING IS VERY DINGY, also beware of the elevator it sounded like wanted to stop working at any second, it sounded horrible I was scared to death! THIEVES, THUGS & SCAMMERS run this place!

Facility is a bit old, but is nicely kept up. Our room was spacious, and towels were thick and fluffy. Reception and breakfast personnel ( Sharon and LaRonda) we're friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with several hot items (egg patties, sausage, potatoes, grits, biscuits, sausage gravy) -- much better than the average hotel breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.
