Overall the hotel is pretty decent. The bed isn't nearly as comfortable as I would have hoped. The biggest frustration is that this hotel looks to nickel and dime you to death throughout your entire stay. Sure, the room price isn't bad, but you have to pay for an extra dinner at the hotel. Plus you have to pay if you want breakfast. Plus if you want good Wi-Fi it's an extra $5 a day. And don't forget that if you want the complimentary a bottle of water, it's not complimentary, it's $3. This is why I usually stay at a Marriott, where you get all of these features and you don't have to pay extra for them. While the room was fine, all of these extra charges have inspired me to not stay at a Hilton next time.
Very quiet and accommodating hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. They go above and beyond for service. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Clean, calm, peaceful place to stay. $10/ more per night than the competition but definitely worth it. I’ll stay here every time I visit the Highlands Ranch area.
Positive: Cleanliness Negative: The food person followed us outside and asked us if we were going to pay for our items we had in hand. However, the items we had were not even associated with our stay at the hotel. Could not believe we got accused of stealing. Check the cameras.
Bad: old spring mattress which makes noise. Tissue paper for toilet paper, very cheap. They do NOT have free breakfast here but you can pay for it in the cafe. Taxes and fees was 50% of my bill to start. GOOD is very spacious room with two bathrooms, ability of getting an adjoining room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good WIFI will cost you though.
Above and beyond service! We came into town last week for the birth of our first granddaughter. Upon arrival, we were able to check in early and the lady at the front desk(I cannot remember her name) was amazing, she made sure we had a nice quiet room. The hotel is clean and in a great location close to the Littleton hospital/shops and restaurants. Because a storm system was moving into the mountain corridor, we had to check out earlier than planned and upon our checkout, the lady at the front desk gave us both a gift back filled with water and snacks and wished us a safe drive back home. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.Thank you so much!!
