Blue Ridge Village

I absolutely love Love living here. Marcia is such an amazing person! Her attention to detail and making the small things matter adds to my quality of life. I don't think I would feel as at home if she wasn't here. The maintenance crew is great as well. Ashton.. Not sure if he is the maintenance manager, should be if he isn't, always makes sure things get resolved and always has a great attitude. Thanks everyone!

I've spent about 3-4 years here, and I wish I could say it lives up to the resort title, outside of being a last resort. Recent changes and non-supportive staff, especially at Pinnacle, have me on a consistent edge. I am not alone in this, and given the reviews I am seeing, It's prompt to tell my time at Blue Ridge. - The pictures may speak more clearly as to the issues I've encountered. A parking sticker given to my brother for parking in a spot, despite having a pass and given no instruction. A water heater, which, not properly maintained, exploded. Piping in the interior wall which also ruptured, causing a hole in my wall for over a month, uncompensated outside of an increase in rent and free mildew, the video is distressing, not even sure what is happening there. Gabriella and Jess are amazing to work with. Very responsive and communicative when there's an issue and you get the feeling they're legitimately invested in the community.

Wow the people who get to live here are lucky. I visit my mom here she has everything . Beautiful open grass areas, playgrounds, 5 pools, Tennis courts, you name it. Great area. Expensive!!!!

It must have been of such world class quality that i forgot i was there.... ??? Seriously though dont tell my wife. Please! She may want to go!
