Comfort Suites Highlands Ranch Denver Tech Center Area

Overall the hotel is pretty decent. The bed isn't nearly as comfortable as I would have hoped. The biggest frustration is that this hotel looks to nickel and dime you to death throughout your entire stay. Sure, the room price isn't bad, but you have to pay for an extra dinner at the hotel. Plus you have to pay if you want breakfast. Plus if you want good Wi-Fi it's an extra $5 a day. And don't forget that if you want the complimentary a bottle of water, it's not complimentary, it's $3. This is why I usually stay at a Marriott, where you get all of these features and you don't have to pay extra for them. While the room was fine, all of these extra charges have inspired me to not stay at a Hilton next time.

Right near the highway, 2 miles from a huge shopping mall and lightrail system. The staff like other reviews have said, WAS AMAZING! Rooms are actually pretty big for the price. And they got free wifi. Also there is a fantastic Chinese restaurant right next to it call Egg Roll Kimg, with great food that is reasonably priced. Honestly, I was very pleased and again the staff was absolutely amazing. 10/10 if I'm looking for an easy place to stay without braking the bank this will be on my mind.

This hotel is definitely designed with comfort and quality in mind. My suite was spacious & stylish-Premium bedding & personal care items as well as a full size closet and plenty of drawer space and cabinet storage make it easier to feel at home. Breakfast was consistently good with many options {hot & cold}. Coffee is always available. The staff assists with whatever is needed-{market purchases, laundry, deliveries, etc}

The main concern would be the overall cleanliness. Parts of the floor in the room didn’t look like they had been mopped in awhile and the second night there were some tiny roaches in the bathroom. The next concern was the condition of the sofa bed “mattress” you could visibly see springs and my poor sons had to sleep on that and reported it hurt. 😞 Thankfully the actual beds had a fairly nice pad on top of the mattress that made it comfortable. The sheets were very thin and there wasn’t really a comforter just another thin covering, which was disappointing. The room was nice a cool, which made the thinness of the bedding less desirable but made for a good sleep temp. If I could give this a ZERO, I would! When we checked in, we were in a hurry to change clothes and get to our son's house for a holiday party so I didn't notice until we got back late that night that the room was not clean - floors were streaked and dirty, the nightstand was sticky and other flat surfaces were dirty as well. It was late so I decided to take a shower and address in the morning. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall so that the curtain would not stay closed and water went everywhere. When I got out, I took a hand towel to wipe up - towel was BLACK! Then I started to get in bed and found that the bedframe had been put together upside down so there were braces sticking out all around the bed that greeted my shins!
