Customer Reviews
Stayed here twice - both times were one-night stays. The rooms and the hotel in general were clean and comfortable. The folks at the service desk were great. There is an in-house restaurant/bar that serves a very tasty breakfast and dinner and most any adult beverage you might desire at Happy Hour. Only complaints: the USB ports on one side of the bed didn't work in room 326, and the gooseneck reading light on one side of the bed didn't work properly (very dim) in room 307. These are trivial issues. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
We recently stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for a couple days for my husband‘s hockey tournament. I wanted to recognize a fantastic staff member, Jazmin (I hope I am getting her name right!). We had a problem with our first room and then upon going into our next room I did not like that side of the building and requested a room on the other side. Not only was Jazmin incredibly professional and helpful in getting us a fantastic room, she was kind and friendly, and even came upstairs with me to show me the room and make sure I was happy with it. We were so tired from our trip and her warmth and kindness really went a long way!
Positive: "" Negative: The customer service was terrible, with rude staff. The worst being the waitress. The room was subpar considering the price and the overall experience was unpleasant.
This is one of the cleanest and friendliest Hilton Garden Inns that we’ve been to. Great property off main highway but safe with great food/shopping nearby. Janeth, the General Manager is absolutely five stars. She accommodated our check in and room needs and gave us a great recommendation for a local Mexican restaurant for lunch. The lobby is very inviting and they have a great restaurant on property! Highly suggest!
We arrived at 8 p.m. for our reservation, for a double queen bedroom that we had already paid for to support our family of four. Only to find out it had been rented out to someone else. The only option offered to us was a single queen room, and when we asked for help or alternatives, the staff simply told us we could cancel our room if we didn’t like it. The next morning, we spoke with the manager hoping to clear things up, but somehow the situation was turned around to make it seem like it was our fault. We left feeling disrespected and confused as to how their mistake became our problem. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but after this experience, we can only give it one star, and that’s being generous. The customer service was absolutely horrendous, and we’ll be l
