Customer Reviews
We only had a 1 night stay. The location was easily accessible from the main highway. The check-in process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. There is a $10 per day parking fee. Covered parking is available so I feel the fee is not a big deal. 🙃 The hotel has a restaurant on site, it offers dinner and breakfast. Dinner is from 5-10pm. Due to us checking in late we ate from one of the many restaurants thatre within a 1 mile radius. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated within the last couple years. Rooms and common areas feel clean, and very comfortable. An indoor pool and fitness center are also available. Overall I recommend this location, and will return if in the area again.
From a stellar experience in Stroud, OK a few days prior, I thought we would get the same service from this Hilton in Albuquerque, after all it is a Hilton with high values and standards! After a 14-hour driving day, we were greatly disappointed by the front desk agent, Spencer who did not bother to greet us on entry, or ask how he can help us when we arrived at the desk! Checked us in promptly to Room 122, which smelled like somebody dropped their deuces just before we arrived. It smelled terrible!!!! ||I asked Spencer for another room (Room 333) and he obliged, but seemed agitated to help me! As a Hilton member I was expecting complimentary waters as we usually get it from other Hilton’s! There was no direction from him on breakfast hours, where gym, laundry or pool was located and it’s
It’s fine, gets the job done if you want to be near the airport for a night. WiFi was slow, the bathroom also needed the shower re-caulked. It’s annoying they charge for parking but I guess they do that to prevent randos from leaving their cars there. I feel like they could just give you a note to put on your dash though. The lady working the desk was really nice and helpful. I’d stay again if I needed a crash pad near the airport.
Good enough rooms, but customer service is crap. We had a 4:45am flight and tried to call the morning of our flight and let them know to have the shuttle ready so we could sleep just an extra ten minutes, and they made us physically be at the desk instead of going ahead and calling the shuttle like a decent person would. Also, the showers are incredibly small.
Positive: Hotel was dirty and dated the elevators did not inspire confidence Negative: Everything was broken and dirty
