Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina

We have been to Fort Lauderdale many times pre-cruise and this is the first time we have stayed here. Likely the best hotel we’ve been to so far that’s close to the port, but, also has wonderful amenities and service! Even though it was very busy when we arrived, check-in with seamless and Alex behind the front desk was amazing!! He was super friendly and offered us complementary water bottles right away! We were very early for check-in because our flight arrival But he graciously waived the early check-in fee. One of the elevators was being serviced when we arrived, and because of the very slight inconvenience, he offered us to complementary appetizers at the pool bar. We had a great stay at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina before our cruise and would absolutely recommend it.|One of our favorite things was the pool — it was so incredibly warm, which was amazing. I never want to swim with my kids, and even I got in! 😂 Huge win. We also loved that they offered food right at the pool. The fish tacos were absolutely delicious, and the tuna bowl was a standout too.|It was really nice having their on-site restaurant, Olive & Sea, which made everything easy and convenient. The hotel staff overall was so accommodating and made everything run seamlessly. All the staff were friendly. They are committed and passionate. Thank you for their awesome service. It gave me and my wife a very good impression. The cafe in the hotel never showed the price for the items. I was surprised that the sandwiches and coffee that I bought were very expensive.

Our recent stay was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. While the location is appealing, the overall experience did not justify the high price point. The rooms are very outdated and several basic features were not functioning properly. The toilet was broken, the shower did not drain correctly, and the key cards repeatedly failed to work, requiring frequent trips to the front desk just to access the room. Service was also a major concern. When we attempted to address these issues, the staff was largely unhelpful and dismissive. We were originally given confirmation by hotel staff that a late checkout had been approved due to the number of inconveniences during our stay. However, the following morning (Sunday, March 8), a manager informed us that we
