Hills Point Resort

I only rented a boat. Did not stay here. Most of the pontoons are old and dirty with rips in the seats. Don't rent unless you see a picture or don't care what you get. I had reserved the Misty Harbor Force which had wooden benches instead of a cushioned bench like you'd expect on a pontoon. The drivers seat was filthy and ripped. Fortunately the owner had a fishing boat that was newer with nice seats that was available and we were able to switch to that. The owner was nice and accommodating but the boats are not what I was expecting.

Another amazing weekend stay at Hills Point Resort! The more “rustic style” cabins are absolutely perfect and have everything i needed from a coffee pot and griddle to toiletries, Wifi, and cable TV. Although this type of cabin may not be for everyone it was perfect for me. I stayed in cabin 10, and even with the high water levels this year the available beach front was very clean and right out back. ||||The main dock was great to take the kids fishing off of, and the access to life jackets, paddle boards, and kayaks right along the beach line was perfect! ||From waking up and enjoying coffee on the back deck to sitting around the fire pit watching the sun set over the lake was perfect. ||||We will definitely be coming back again :) ||Also very friendly and approachable staff!

This place is amazing! The owner and staff are extremely friendly! The resort is family friendly but also a romantic getaway! The boat rental is first class! I would recommend to anyone! Cool rustic two bedroom cabins just off the water! Great vacation! Thank you!

Definitely a great mom and pop family friendly location. My sister and I had to find a place during off peak season for our kids game in the area, and this met us to a tee….plenty of spacious room for all 7 of us, clean, and more. Very accommodating with us having to check in early to well I’m just gonna say it I will indeed be making sure I come back again.

Cute cabin.. if you love the sound of bird waking you up in the middle of the night. the tap water was not at all clear. The smell of the bedsheets (for me) was absolutely awful and overwhelming. they made me very nauseous, Had to sleep on the couch because of that. Found a couple bugs in my bed, Fridge was leaking water, Wifi is absolutely terrible, Dust was on every single window sill, birds (I know not their fault) are sooooo loud sometimes.. overall not to bad but could be better
