Do not recommend staying here. They care more about the outside than the inside of the trailer. No one is ever in the office. They take months fixing small problems. They cut the grass every week while the inside of the trailers are barely holding up. Your kids aren’t allowed basketball goals, pools, or trampolines. The only pro about living here is the affordable rent.

I bought a trailer there in November of 2024. They just redid all the roads, The pool is clean and it was open. I've had nothing but good things to say about the staff. But like I said I own the trailer and I'm only paying a lot rent and utilities. But from all these bad reviews that I've seen were from years ago. It's obvious that things have changed.

Have lived here for almost 6 years and if I could give a negative star, I would. Majority of the good reviews on here are due to the landlord having a contest of “who leaves the best google review gets 75$ off next month’s rent” don’t be fooled. It’s trash. Almost every trailer in here should be condemned! The roads are not even safe to drive on without losing your entire front end in the pot holes. Water AND SEWAGE pipes bust almost weekly. One directly behind my house that was left unattended to for 3 months. The smell was absolutely horrible, I could smell it seeping in my home from the outside, the mosquitoes that were breeding in it were outrageous and no matter how many times you brought it to the landlords attention, it never was fixed until it was reported to the health department.

I love living here! We have been here for 5 years, starting out in a two bedroom then to a bigger unit. The switch to a larger home, when it was available, was made easy thanks to management. The location is absolutely perfect! It's literally a couple of minutes drive south to everything (fast good, restaurants shopping, Walmart, Dollar General) or north with less traffic.(Dollar General, Family Dollar on hwy 53) Management is very friendly, understanding and have always returned calls or texts very promptly. When repairs were needed they are taken care of as soon as they possibly, depending on the severity of the issue. We have lived at hidden acres for 3yrs and we love it. It’s less than 5 minutes away from shopping center. It’s a great place and safe place. Our kids can play with no problems. Our neighbors are quiet and very peaceful. The management and the new ownership of hidden acres are very nice and very courteous and helpful.
