Heat Hotel

Great location. We sat on the balcony and watched the boats pass under the bridge. The staff is exceptional. Great folks with a good sense of humor. The rooms are average at best, but the bed was good. There was no comfortable chair in the room. We could hear every sound from upstairs. They need some serious insulation between floors. I won't return to Lake Havasu (another story) but I would stay here again (on the top floor).

The location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor

The only cons we could come with were that Heat doesn’t offer food/restaurant of any sort and there's no pool or hot tub. The rest outweigh those 2 things. Hallway and room smell fresh and clean, our balcony view of the lake and London Bridge (Room 106) were AMAZING and the queen beds were so comfortable. Great bar and you can take your drinks to its beautiful outdoor patio or a bottle of wine to your room's balcony. Good coffee available in the lobby for breakfast. Across the parking lot is Javalina Cantina. Guest services is friendly and helpful. Yes, we'll definitely be back.

Heat Hotel delivers the full experience. The rooms are modern, clean, and stylish, but the real highlight? The perfect view of the London Bridge right from the property. Waking up and seeing the bridge over the water is next level — especially at sunset when everything lights up. It doesn’t get better than that. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, while still feeling upscale and private. And a huge shoutout to Barret — absolutely the best employee you could ask for. Professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. Service like that makes a big difference.
