Hearthside Cabin Rentals

We stayed at Smoky Mountain Springs Cabin in Pigeon Forge just this past weekend. Our experience with our Hearthside Cabin Rental was unparalleled in all of my years traversing the Smoky Mountains and I would rank it top three in all of my years of travel EASILY. The customer service was exceptional, with everything being easy and smooth from the jump. The cabin was absolutely amazing. It was a picturesque location and setting, giving us a view of the Smoky Mountain Peaks and a porch to enjoy the sunrise over the mountains, but it was still conveniently located only a couple of minutes from the parkway! We would return to the cabin in the evenings and feel like we were in the woods, with a beautifully wooded area just to the right of the back porch, but it was no time at all driving to an

“Mountain Blessings” was our cabin. We were disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, there was a pile of what looked like rat poison under the decorative pillows on the bed, we called office and they did send someone out to put replacement comforter and change bed. Later in the week , there was a rat in the living room that my brother chased all over and finally killed in kitchen. ( I realize that can happen anywhere). The living room furniture was very worn , the fake leather on couch was peeling off all over our clothes, the recliners were very worn and all the furniture was overall uncomfortable. The layout of cabin was good.

We rented the Majestic Sunrise cabin and were incredibly happy with our choice. The cabin was very well maintained and CLEAN. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Our entire family (14 people including small children) was thrilled with the cabin and had no complaints. We will definitely book through Hearthside in the future.

The cabin was extremely nice. Everything was spotless and had some simple but beautiful Christmas decorations in it. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. It is spacious and great for a family getaway. The parking area was nice and it was easy to park our GMC 3500 DRW truck and my son’s car. We will definitely be booking this cabin for all of our Tennessee trips.

We had an awesome stay at Game Point Getaway! We arrived to a home that was ready a couple hours early and was extremely clean! The home was stunning with more than enough amenities. Beautiful views, comfy beds and comforters, and more than enough sheets and towels were provided. We had 7 teenagers with us and they all loved the game and movie room! We ran out of propane late one night for the fire pit and I emailed them and a new tank was sent first thing the next morning. We would definitely recommend this home and rental company. When we return to the area we will for sure book with them again! Thank you for being a part of a wonderful vacation!
