This place is gorgeous. Great for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, relaxing, bird watching, and hiking. Clean restrooms, friendly people. We saw an eagle, pelican, and an osprey.
Haystack is a great place to camp and have a wonderful weekend. Or however long your stay is for. The camp Host is very kind and helpful. The restrooms are always very clean. We will be back again and again..
An irrigation reservoir stocked with fish - motorboat friendly (when water levels aren't too low). Beautiful views with interesting geological features in the landscape.
Caught four fish that were 16 inches, kept two released two. Had lots of bites. Great time
