Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort

I booked a ONE BEDROOM SUITE which had TWO QUEEN beds in it & was separate from the rest of the suite. The ONE BEDROOM suite had a full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, and ocean view. I requested a high floor which I received (room #510) as I proceeded to open the door, I noticed both beds weren't made (they had on dirty sheets) as my husband was coming through the door, I told him "I think someone is staying here" I was super nervous to go any further. My husband took a look around & the garbage pails were full too. I had no choice but to call the front desk and voice my concern. I asked if housekeeping could come put some clean sheets on the beds And unfortunately no one was available. The gentleman at the front desk said they have nothing like the room I paid for or anything simila

We stayed here for almost three weeks. The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and well prepped. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The heated pool is very warm and both the indoor and outdoor pool are clean. We were planning on staying for two weeks but decided to stay an extra week on and the staff gave us a great deal. Very accommodating.

Positive: Very friendly staff Negative: The room was so hot when we arrived so we turned on the air and it wasn?t working. Went downstairs and asked to be moved and was told they only had one room and it was oceanfront and it was a $40 upgrade and he refused to comp it and handed us a tiny fan!

I highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting Daytona Beach. The property is clean, the location is perfect and the staff is very accommodating. The pool is HUGE, and pristine....you are steps from the beautiful beach. Special shout out to Marissa at the desk for delivery top notch customer service (girl needs a raise!) I will definitely stay again and I highly recommend you do too! 🏖️

This hotel is definitely a place I will stay again. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were the cleanest I have been in, in a long time and the lovely woman who cleaned my room was very nice if I needed anything extra. The heated pool is also a great addition to all the amazing views! They even have a kid arcade inside and bar outside that I didn't try but looks super fun. And for the price I was shocked at the quality of service and the rooms. Super impressed. Can't wait to go back!
