Hart Motel

Warning!!! Don’t stay here! Disgusting and dishonest people work here. I always have an open mind when it comes to cheap motels because you never know what you’re in for… THIS one goes down as the worst I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t even pay $20 for this room. I hade to walk out without getting a refund. NOPE! No thanks! The room was nothing like the pictures in other reviews. SUCKS because I just lost my job and can’t afford loosing $65. BTW: they refused to give me a refund! Tried to dispute the charges but wasn’t able to get my money back! I would also avoid the Red Roof as well. That guy is a total liar. The Hampton is your best bang for your buck for a little over $100.

Disgusting! The day time employees was nodding out while I stood in front of her waiting on her to open the laundry from door and give me some towels. The day time employee’s was always high and the guy thinks he can talk to anybody anyway he wants. The place is drug central. We got our kids out of there! Cops always there. People do dope outside. I don’t care what you do but all I ask is don’t do that kind of stuff outside in front of kids. And if you’re working…it looks really bad to brag about overcharging customers and to be nodding out in front of customers and kids! And the owner knows but won’t do anything about it. You think they would fire them and try to turn the place around(that’s why we went there cause we was told they was trying to change the reputation) but that is NOT the

Staff was so nice. They understood I was going through some hard times and let me pay late after trying to get to the clinic from 1.8 miles away Still didn't make it so I had to walk all the way back about sick. These are such nice people.

COCKROACHES!!!! A lady was removed from a room yesterday and she was screaming the place had cockroaches well today we found out it’s true.. Towel rack fell out of the wall barely touched it. Tv didn’t work first night we were here and the manager said it was because of the “weather” well complained again for them to actually look at it and it was the hdmi cord. Door doesn’t stay closed to the bathroom because it’s broken. Complain about sink/shower leaking for a couple days in a row so the manager threatens to have us removed for asking for everything broken to be fixed.

At $70/night for a one-bed room, this was not a great value compared to the experience. While the room was relatively clean, and there was a working heating/AC unit, cable television, and a small refrigerator unit and microwave, bathroom amenities were minimal. Included were only two tinbars of soap, a quarter roll of toilet paper, and two towels. No wash cloths, shampoo, or any other hygiene amenities provided.
