Harrah's Resort Atlantic City - A Caesars Rewards Destination

I had an amazing stay at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City! The view from my room was absolutely spectacular — waking up to that scenery was truly a highlight of the trip. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and professional from check-in to check-out. The overall hospitality was exceptional, and you can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. I would highly recommend Harrah’s to anyone visiting Atlantic City and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely regret this trip. - They overcharged us compared to our booking (we made two bookings, cancelled one within booking policy when a better price became available- they charged us for the cancelled rate and we had to endure a long dispute process). - non smoking room smelled like cigs. Looked carefully and there were two butts under bed. They moved us to another room on opposite side from booking/request, and refused to compensate. - we had to fully check out, go to lobby, then get assigned a new room RATHER than being provided with new room keys and any service (e.g. a cart to move our bags). - family pool did not have proper chemical levels, almost unusable. contracted guards were on phone, routinely left the space (totally non compliant) Overall just a bad trip. My wife and I have been going to Atlantic City for 30 years and have always stayed at a boardwalk property, often Ballys, Caesars and in the old casino days, the Claridge. This was the first time we ever stayed at Harrahs and found it to be huge, busy, pretty clean and staffed with helpful/friendly people. Not sure why some expect their room to always be furnished with brand new items and decor. Our room was clean and the furnishings might've been 1, 2 or 8 years old. Who cares. It was fine. We had a very pleasant experience.

We had a great time. Everything you need is on the property. Getting to the boardwalk was easy. Many options like the shuttle but we took uber for the same price as the AC bus. Room was nice and check in smooth

I stayed in Lugna Tower this weekend for my honeymoon. The rooms were slightly dated but fair. The smell of weed was horrible, coming from the other rooms where people were smoking weed all day and all night. I did not receive any room housekeeping, as my sheets had bloodstains on them; I'm guessing from a prior homicide. They charge you to use the pool, which is extremely dirty. The hot tub doesn't work properly; it bubbles for a second and then stops for no reason. The casino was a total rip-off. Don’t put a red cent in there unless you want to lose your money.
