Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando

Excellent hotel and staff. I was not expecting much with this being a “park” hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were great and the hotel and property were beautiful. Even more impressive was the staff. Everyone was friendly and inviting and so very helpful. We stayed during the week of 2/14. The pool was nice and my granddaughter loved the slide. Starbucks in the convenience store was great. If you was an excellent meal eat at The Kitchen. The workout room looked amazing and Included a sauna. Great hotel will stay there again. Location was the best only a five minute beautiful walk to Citywalk and the parks.

Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The moment we walked in, the energy of the hotel instantly set the tone fun, stylish, and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained with a cool rock-and-roll ( pop in some magical areas) vibe woven into every corner, yet it still feels relaxed and family-friendly.||The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel a little more special. We loved how close the hotel was to the parks—being able to walk or take the quick water taxi made our days so much easier. Our recent stay at Hard Rock Hotel was awesome! We had a deluxe 2-queen room and it was spacious and comfortable for our group of 3 adults/2 kids. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Our server at The Kitchen was wonderful - helpful, friendly and entertaining. The boat to the parks (and bus to Epic Universe) was very convenient and the unlimited express passes were a game changer in getting on all our favorite rides. If anything additional was needed (i.e. fresh towels) utilizing the text communication was very convenient and response was very timely. We would definitely stay here again!

Our visit to Hard Rock Hotel was to celebrate my sister's major birthday. The staff throughout our entire stay were helpful and very welcoming! I felt like a valued guest, and they made my sister's birthday even better than expected with a special event pin to wear and complimentary certificate for dessert at The Kitchen. The *best* dinner was had that night too! The hotel was clean and easy to navigate. There wasn't heavy perfuming at the entry, which is always a plus. If you are planning a Universal Vacation, your first thought should be Lowe’s Hotels, and if you get the chance and don’t mind paying a premium (well worth it) book the Hardrock. It’s the best of the best. The staff is first class (as it is at Portifino and Royal Pacific). City Walk is an easy walk! The pool is worth a day! (The bar and food are excellent. Not to be missed
