Nice clean quiet room with a nice view of the marina. The service was great. We realized our reservation was on the first floor and contacted them because we thought we had booked the top floor. When we called Satori (hope I got that right) was able to change it so we were on the top floor even though the place was full. Her efforts made our time in Port Townsend all the more memorable. We look forward to returning to Port Townsend and the Harborside Inn.

Our room was next to the lobby on the main floor with a nice view of the marina. There are only a few rooms on the main floor that were pet friendly else we would have preferred a second or third floor to maximize the view. The room itself has worn with time and could use a bit of maintenance. Thermostat was broken, if you dialed it up to 55 it would run continuously becoming very uncomfortable. The room had a musty smell as well. Something that staff was aware of as evidenced by an air refresh canister specifically designed for musty rooms. The continental breakfast was okay but did not provide any protein except for some nasty looking boiled eggs, about two dozen in an open container in the fridge. Super friendly staff, room was clean, nothing special, but it was a place to sleep. The door to our bathroom didn't latch shut, which was only a minor issue, but the major complaint would be the bed. It was basically a cardboard box with some padding. 3 out of the 4 of us barely slept. All in all 3 stars for being safe and dry.

We needed a place for just one night. We didn't want to pay a lot for a harbor view so we tried this place. It didn't look great from the parking lot but since we had a non-refundable reservation, we went in. The lobby was surprisingly nice. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. We were able to see the boats in the harbor from our room! The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but it was organized and labeled very well. Everything was very clean. This place was a surprise for us. Give it a try!
