Harbor View Inn

Had so many challenges during a recent stay dont recommend staying here. Only 1 car parking allowed per room at $32 per night and had to scramble each night to find a spot on the street despite offering to pay and hotel having empty parking spots. Front desk especially Jason J was very unhelpful in providing alternative parking options. Sink wouldnt drain in our bathroom. The elevator in the west wing kept malfunctioning and had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs . No room service or restaurant on site. Many nicer options at much lower price and better service is available and recommend staying elsewhere.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Harbor View last month. We happened to be there during record rainfall and were so grateful for the first class service we got. Thomas the Bellman greeted us with a smile and an umbrella. The staff throughout the hotel was very accommodating and gracious. Our room had a wonderful view of the raging creek and was very comfortable for relaxing when we escaped the rain. We will absolutely stay here when next we visit Santa Barbara. At prior visits we stayed at a hotel chain where we have rewards. This visit made it clear to us that the "points" weren't worth missing this centrally located, well run stay.

My parter and I had an absolutely amazing stay here at the Harbor View Inn. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations! The room was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect with stunning views and easy access to everything. What truly made our stay exceptional though, was the outstanding service. Daisy at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She gave us great recommendations for restaurants/activities and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better way to kick off our new year and will definitely be returning.

I had a lovely stay at Harbor View Inn with my friends. Everything about the property was beautiful, from the rooms to the overall atmosphere—it really made our trip feel special and relaxing. A huge shoutout to Daisy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient with us. She was so sweet and genuinely made our stay even better with her kindness and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Positive: The cleanliness of the new wing of the hotel. The location was steps from the beach and delicious restaurants. Lots to do within walking distance. Negative: Paying for parking was a bit of a bummer. I think that should be included in the price of the stay.
