Hampton Inn West Palm Beach-Lake Worth-Turnpike

Rooms are fine, location is convenient, workers are friendly. We booked this because it's supposed to have a heated pool....it's been broken our entire stay so far with no fixing to be seen yet. Such a big disappointment....we would have booked somewhere else if they had been truthful. Edit: In response to the "owner" response, corporate and AI generated speech does not pacify. Do better.

Positive: Location. Staff generally very friendly and helpful Negative: It?s getting little older and outdated. Hallways and rooms need some work- a good refresh with newCarpets, fresh paint, newer furnishings would be a big improvement

Another great experience at a Hilton Hampton Inn!! All the rooms including the lobby and the gym are clean and crisp. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. Plenty of parking around the building, the location is great, including a Dunkin that is open 24 hours. Conveniently located right off the turnpike at Lake Worth Boulevard, you can conveniently get around Wellington and West Palm Beach very easily. Only major drawback I can find is that the fitness center does not have a bench to sit on for the free weights. Other than that, definitely recommended this location!!

Probably the best Hampton Inn we've ever stayed at. Betty, the Manager, was super. She helped us check in and got us a fantastic room - quiet, clean, comfortable and exactly what we'd hoped for. The Inn was decorated for Christmas - and what a wonderful entrance that made! It looked beautiful. Her recommendation for dinner was exactly what we wanted and breakfast was everything it could be. Probably the best Hampton Inn we've ever stayed at. I know we'll be back!

The rooms are big, parking is free, breakfast is included, and the receptionists are extra friendly! The breakfast has a good selection - hot foods like egg, sausage, biscuits. There's Oatmeal, fresh waffle making station, yogurt, and fruit. There's a dunking donuts, 7 eleven, and 7 eleven gas station right next to the hotel for getting a quick bite of food too.
