Hampton Inn Vero Beach

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Vero Beach right off I 95. The hotel is incredibly clean and very well maintained. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Vero Beach, so it is a little off the beaten path, but that also makes it quiet and easy to access from the highway. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. The manager, Sabrina, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is always smiling, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she cares about both the property and the guests. April, the breakfast attendant, did an outstanding job keeping everything fully stocked and making sure every guest was taken care of. I had a wonderful check-in experience thanks to Sabrina. She welcomed me with a warm smile and made the reservation process incredibly smooth. When I mentioned I had a lot of work to get through, she went the extra mile to locate a comfortable, quiet room for me. What made the stay even more special was her lovely personality; it was her birthday, and she shared how happy she was to have spent quality time with her grandchildren. She is an absolute sweetheart who provides true 'hospitality from the heart.' The hotel is lucky to have her!

I was pleasantly surprised to check-in to this property and find it had been refurbished, as the Hilton site has old pictures! The staff was super friendly from checking in to breakfast and then through check out! They all delivered exceptional service. The room was perfectly adequate and my favorite part of Hampton rooms are their bath products! I love the Zero% line, and liked that this one did not cheap out on the body wash, as they offered liquid and bar soap! The breakfast was great because who doesn’t love a Hampton Waffle bar? The gym, due to the older property was small, but I was able to do strength and cardio without issue.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Diane at the front desk for their outstanding service. We met Diane during check-in and Sabrina at check-out, and from the moment we arrived until the time we left, both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our family feel comfortable, even giving our kids small toys to help them feel at home, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were also very helpful in assisting me with parking my van. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and made my stay much better than usual.
