Hampton Inn Van Buren

Skylar at reception was exceptional. Went out of her way to accommodate us and another couple travelling with us. She was engaging, pleasant and professional. The lady helping everyone at breakfast went above and beyond as well. Breakfast included fresh fruit which was appreciated. Just a suggestion the mattress in our room 306 needs refurbished. The couple in 308 mentioned the same.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Van Buren during a road trip, and it was a fantastic choice. From the moment we walked in, we felt truly welcome; the front desk staff was incredibly polite, and check-in was a breeze, taking only a couple of minutes. The atmosphere of the hotel is very cozy and peaceful. Our room was spotless, featuring crisp white linens and a very comfortable mattress—exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. Despite being close to the highway, the room was remarkably quiet, thanks to excellent soundproofing. The location is extremely convenient, situated right off the I-40 interchange, which is perfect for travelers passing through. Additionally, the charming historic downtown area of Van Buren is just a quick 5 to 7-minute drive away. The breakfast was impress

It was a little hard to find at first but is located close to the freeway and handy for getting around. The room was large and clean. A very nice touch by the hotel was a small fridge near the front desk with free bottles of water for their visitors. The downtown area is worthy of another trip back.

Positive: Location Negative: They gave us a room that someone was already in , rooms dingy , breakfast they had barely anything out . Employees were to worried about them eating than stocking the breakfast area

We stayed a night during a very long trip and were exceptionally happy with the customer service and the room. We got the breakfast. Everybody was very nice! They offered us water bottles before we left cuz they knew we still had a long trip ahead of us. If we ever had to come through here again and needed a hotel again we’ll come here! Thank you!
