Staff was amazing. They did their best. Bad timing for the kids, the juice machine was not working, they were out of hot chocolate for morning breakfast, there were no options. Backside of hotel meets an parking lot that random people were hanging out in the middle of the night.

Very happy place to stay, but front desk reservations lied about hot tub being out of order otherwise would not have stayed there. Good service and rooms clean.

I had a terrible experience with this reservation. I booked through Booking.com, but before I even checked in, the hotel charged me more than the rate I originally booked. When I contacted the hotel, they told me it wasn't their responsibility and that I should talk to Booking.com. Booking.com then said the hotel had overcharged me. They kept passing the responsibility back and forth, and no one took ownership of the problem. As of today, I still haven't received a refund for the extra charge. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be booking here again.

Positive: No surprise fees which i got used with hotels nowadays despite what it says on contract Negative: No Microwave in the room No non dairy milk. (I am allergic to milk).

We stayed 2 nights while visiting friends nearby. First impression was good and hotel had a new smell, with modern furnishings and decor. Seemed clean enough in public spaces but in our room we had a few issues. Shower floor needs a deep clean and we had to kill a bug crawling in shower. Electrical outlets in nightstand between beds would not hold a plug in (loose) and sparks would come out when we tried them. Seemed unsafe, so we didn’t use those. No body wash or soap for bathing available. We inquired and were told that they were out of soap and could not provide any. This property allows pets, and we could hear a dog barking often on third floor. Breakfast was lacking in protein options on the first day.
