Solid MF in space 38 and some other good people sprinkled about. Since the guard change and the new managers took over things have been 5000% better. There willing to work with you cause they understand life happens.
Some residents keep there properties up nicely and have fences and gates put up. A fe areas are pretty trashed with garbage. The pool looked pretty well kept up but a vending machine near it was clearly vandalized and had dangerous metal shavings all over the ground. Manager was nice.
I have been a tenant since 2019 our park is a very quiet place to live. Nieghbors ate respectful an in the summer I enjoy a dip in the pool..
I don’t remember visiting this place but if I was there it has to be at least decent so 3/5 stars would go again, if only to see where it is.
No maple or chocolate donuts when I came on Christmas eve kinda upset about that but atleast they where open and coffee was really good and good price
