Jemal was great at check-in very professional helpful and friendly. The breakfast with Stephanie was an amazing experience. The breakfast area was spotless watching Stephanie with her attention to detail the professionalism and enjoyment taking care of the guests. Listening to her singing quietly in the background was an absolute delight. We have stayed at countless Hampton properties but this is the best. We look forward to our next visit. Thanks to the staff for making us feel at home.

Positive: Always clean. This is our go-to when in Tallahassee since its always clean and in a better section of town. Rooms are very nice and its quiet here. Staff is very attentive and polite. Breakfast has a nice variety and is alwaysgood. Negative: Nothing

The stay was ok. Bathroom floors were so sticky , socks and feet just stuck right to it. Definitely some cleaning issues that need to be resolved. Staff was friendly , however if check out is 11, housekeeping has no business knocking on our door at 9 am , I just looked at her and said we are stil in here. About an hour lattee housekeeping WALKED IN OUR ROOM ON HER OWN, DIDNT KNOCK , announce herself or anything . That is completely unacceptable. That is a training issue that Must be addressed. Had my family been changing clothes or anything of the nature, this would not just be a review . I left my co concerns with the front desk. . Breakfast was decent our first morning , but not very good the 2nd day. Had a few elevator issues.

Good location close to shops resturants and FSU. The staff is friendly but room is dirty and the heater smells horrible and sets off the fire alarm when started. I informed the staff and was told that's normal because it hasn't been started yet this year. They sprayed some scented spray in it but it still stinks and I'm afraid to turn it back on due to fear over the air quality if its burning so much dust that it stinks up an entire 4th floor of the building. The sheets on the bed had had hair on them. The kitchenette are floor has dirt or food on it and a dead bug. Paying $260 per night I expect a clean room and working heat. Glad Im only staying one night. Overall I would recommend staying elsewhere.
