Hampton Inn & Suites Tucson-Mall

I had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to have a room with a separate bedroom, which made the stay even more relaxing. I also appreciated being able to leave a fan on all night for consistent comfort. Breakfast was excellent — the food was hot, fresh, and well stocked, and the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in staff was truly delightful as well: welcoming, kind, and efficient. There is some road noise due to the location, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay and I would absolutely stay at this Hampton Inn again.

Positive: The place is great. I've been staying here for years now when im in town visiting. Negative: Price keeps getting higher. But guess that is something I need to deal with

This is a very nice property. We upgraded to a suite for $7 a night so we did and we were glad we did. It had a nice 2nd room with a couch, coffee tables, TV etc. Very nice. Front desk folks were great. Food & snacks were typical, they could be better. The check in I did on the app, very easy & nice. Small check in desk I'm guessing as most people use the app. Large area of snacks to purchase. Again very friendly staff. The foyer area had excellent seating to use. It was all decorated for Christmas, again very nice. The only negative in the whole property was I had to pay to use the washer and pay to use the dryer. I had to download an app and prepay to use appliances & the options of money to download/prepay was way more than I needed and there's no way to get that money back! Kinda felt

The room we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful and truly deserve praise. There is plenty of parking, and this is a great location if you are a tourist exploring in and around Tuscon. Attractions such as the Museum of Miniatures, Saguaro National Park West, Sabino Canyon, and the Sonora Desert Museum are all within a reasonable driving distance.||The breakfast are is spacious and there is ample room for everyone to find seating with quite a nice ambiance for a chain hotel such as this. Breakfast was decent and there is abundant coffee to take anytime (important). Highly recommended!

Very surprised by the reviews. Would not recommend this location at all. Probably will likely avoid Hampton inn in the future based on our experience. The beds are very old spring mattresses. One of them had such a divot in it from use that it was almost impossible to sleep in. Rooms are very small. There’s not enough drawers to unpack for a couple nights stay. The toilet wiggled and moved every time you sit on it, because it’s no longer properly attached. The bathroom vanity was cracked and breaking. We had no shower gel and asked for a refill which they never did. Walls paper thin and you can hear everything. The pool area is supposed to be non-smoking and they’re frequently people out there smoking and the hospital staff did nothing to enforce and basically made the pool unavailable to
