Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart-North

Julie and Rudy were exceptional in their service towards our party. We had 30+ people and Julie met us at the hotel lobby with all our key cards ready and made the whole experience feel like we were esteemed guests. We travel many times per year with big and complex groups of people, this was by far the best experience. Great hotel, great location, exceptional staff!

Admittedly I haven't stayed here since right after Covid. That was not a good experience but thought I would give them another try since they've had several years to get on track. WOW! Was I wrong. This place is worse than before! It's dirty and unkept. The halls have a stale, musky odor. In my room, the sofa was dirty and smelled horrible. I would not sit on it. Same for the desk chair. I put a bath towel on the chair before sitting. There was pink slime in the shower, dust on the floor boards and outlets. The desk and nightstand were sticky even after wiping them down with a Lysol wipe. I used 7 wipes cleaning the surfaces! Gross!! The plastic bag in the closet with the extra blanket was ripped and the zipper hung down below the hangers. So sloppy!! The frig is not level so the door woul

Positive: Clean, friendly staff, great location. Negative: The breakfast at this location specifically was nearly inedible. Particularly the eggs and the grits. Eggs were like a soft styrofoam texture and taste. I?m not a picky eater at all. Grits tasted stale/old, undercooked.

Norman Craig is a class act and an asset to the Hilton family. I am a Hilton Honors member and I just returned from a (2) Week Hilton stay in Lake Jackson TX. With that said my wife snd I planned an overnight stay in Stuart for some much needed R&R unfortunately at the last minute an emergency created a last-minute cancellation. We reached out to Mr. Craig. He assured us that our reservation could be canceled and the loyalty points would be refunded.. My point is things come up at the last minute and it’s a pleasure to be deal with senior management that understands our families needs.g Norman is a keeper - hopefully someone shares this review with him personally. In a pinch it’s fine. Front desk was very nice. Got a good nights sleep. I could not shower as the water backed up to my ankles and the tub was dirty. The toilet paper roll holder is rusty. That’s an easy fix. The room was humid the whole time we were in there, 1 night and we had it cold. Breakfast food was awful. Please provide fresh fruit. The oranges were spotting like they were turning bad. Muffin was stale. Where is the quality? Do better for the people stopping in for a peaceful nights rest.
