Customer Reviews
Positive: "" Negative: Having stayed here previously, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the first room we were given. So much so that I had to request a room change to something cleaner. The second one was better, but still not close to what it should be.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten my steamer in the room. A few hours later I called to ask if it was found, and was told that housekeeping was “very busy” and to leave my name and number for a call back. That call never came.||||After waiting five days, I called again and received the exact same response — housekeeping was “too busy” and I should just leave my information. When I explained that I had already waited days with no response and was willing to hold for a quick answer, the front desk staff refused and gave me attitude, making it clear she felt inconvenienced just speaking with me.||||Only after I pressed further and mentioned I’d send someone in person did she suddenly “run into housekeeping in
The location of this hotel is fantastic. My room was great, a nice suite with lots of extra room. Everyone I interacted with on the staff was very nice. Here's the one thing to watch out for: you can't have a glass. There's no glasses in the room, and if you ask for one at the front desk they will say they don't have any. There are only paper coffee cups. They even sell wine and beer in their little snack shop, but you can't have a glass to drink it out of. I can't think of anything less appealing than drinking wine out of a paper coffee cup. So, heads up, if you like to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day, make sure you pack a wine glass.
Any hotel that does not allow me to turn a fan on over night on is an automatic 1 star. No point in staying at a hotel if I can't sleep because there's zero white noise. I can hear all surrounding rooms, all the sounds of the city, any slight noise in the hallway, any appliance in mine and the surrounding rooms. Such a simple accommodation to offer, and yet my room here did not allow me to turn a fan on. Just a thermostat on the wall overriding the window unit. Edit: I'll just request a box fan next time.
This hotel comes with breakfast and they do a very good job. Has parking. It has nice rooms with the air conditioners that don't freeze you. But there are two other reasons to stay there. The excellent everything is walking distance location. Easy access from airport. And most important: the employees. Excellent and professional. Enjoy your stay.
