Hampton Inn & Suites Roanoke Airport

Upon entering the hotel no one was the desk. I waited 4 minutes. She took the reservation HOWEVER, she did not record my rewards # to be included with reservation. I advised her I had stayed at the property before. I called Hilton to have my rewards for the stay be manually put in the system which took an hour! The room water pressure was low. The lever on the toilet had to be pressed hard in order to flush successfully. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff on duty on 12/24 around 2 needs training to record rewards and be present at the desk.

My family and I were in town to visit family that we haven’t seen in a while. The location of this hotel was excellent. Close to stores, restaurants, coffee stops and shopping. Also so close to our family. The staff was great our entire stay, the rooms and facilities were clean. CYNTHIA was amazing and so sweet and attentive, as were the two gentlemen working second shift last night! Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and just being kind humans. We are grateful! We will be staying again when in town.

I want to send a shout out for the team at this location. We used the meeting room last night . They were over the top in customer service. Lyric and Kevin were spot on with anything we needed. Gary the GM spent time with me before our class and made sure everything was in place. If you are looking for a nice meeting area contact Jamie at this location. We will return for our next event. A very strong first experience for my return to this property. This Hampton Inn airport location was not my first choice. However, it worked out extremely well for value and was on point with every metric. Plus renovated since my last stay. The location is not only by the airport, but also walking distance from the mall and chain restaurants. The lot was clean and had a decent snout of Diamond parking which I appreciate. The signage was tidy as was the landscaping. Check in was delightful with friendly and helpful staff. Warm cookies could be grabbed from their cookie jar and so yummy after coming off the road. A gentleman was mopping and cleaning the lobby upon arrival which I value. Everything looked slick and span. The digital key did not work and was reset. My status was recognized a

Near the ROA airport and only takes a few minutes to arrive. I was there and both elevators were broken. Necessary to climb stairs with luggage which is never fun. Staff friendly and had a decent selection for breakfast. I would use again if I was in the area. Out of service elevators was a big negative.
