I would like to formally recognize Aaron for providing outstanding customer service that truly reflects Hilton’s standards of hospitality and leadership. Due to a reservation transition, I had a new booking with a 3:00 p.m. check-in, which required me to check out at 11:00 a.m. and return later to check back in. However, I had to leave early for a training class and would not be finished until late, making it impossible for me to return in time. Aaron took full ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. He allowed me to remain in the same room, coordinated for the room to be cleaned, completed my early check-in, and prepared my room key in advance. His proactive approach eliminated what could have been a major inconvenience and demonstrated exce

Very nice comfortable hotel about a mile from the entry to Epic Universe. I can't get a room in my hometown any less expensive than this place. What a deal. Nice eggs and sausage breakfast and Raisin Bran!!!

Positive: Decent location, not too far from the airport and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Negative: Our first room was dirty, it had crumbs, hair, and bugs from the previous guests. I asked to move rooms and the manager was pleasant and moved me to another room, which was reasonably clean. Both rooms did feel a little worn and dated though.

Hello, I never got my deposit refund. The guy at the front desk who is working right now at 3:50 pm on 1/24/26 refused to give me his name. This is a very shady business practice. When I arrived the black lady working was asleep and had a nasty attitude when I arrived like I was bothering her. She had no idea what was going on or what to even do. They canceled my first reservation so I had to make a new one. I paid 139 before I came because I was coming in after check in time closed. When I arrived I she charged me another 239.96 got my room key and went to go to bed, I couldn’t get on WiFi so I called for them to fix it. 20 mins later she calls me saying a charge didn’t go though and I said what charge? I just paid and got my room key. She said for incidentals (which isn’t a problem) the

Decent hotel with comfortable rooms. Free breakfast was great and free parking made it worth it. Not sure why, but they have no air conditioning in the hallways so walking to and waiting on the elevators is unpleasant. There is only 1 washer and dryer for all guests in the hotel so you may find yourself waiting a while.
