Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport @ Gateway Village

Spacious and comfy rooms, decent rates, and amazing customer service. My husband left his carry on luggage in the room accidentally and the team at the hotel went out of their way to get it back to him. The front desk lady was also so kind to our kids when we arrived in the middle of the night super tired. Thank you!

Room & bathroom was clean, no visible signs of anything. Lobby, public restrooms, sitting areas all clean. There was Breakfast but was only warm, low quality meat.Staff is cordial but not helpful or otherwise friendly. Shuttle drivers & bartender were the best. Several good restaurants just a short walk. Lots more just across the 8 lane street so might want to call a ride. Definitely recommend

Positive: The fact that this hotel is clean and allows pets without only having “certain rooms” for people that are pets and the young lady’s at the desk are extremely friendly and happy which was extremely refreshing. Negative: Ok so breakfast eggs were extremely watery. Blueberry, banana, ect muffins would have been nice touch but it was ok.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay, and I especially want to thank Haydee, the lovely lady who welcomed us at breakfast and explained how everything worked in the tea and breakfast area. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with our family and our kids. Her warm attitude really made our mornings start in such a pleasant way. Thank you, Haydee, for making us feel so welcome!

Stayed for one night after cruise before flying home. Shuttle service was excellent. 24 hour service was great considering our flight was so early. Adrian was our driver upon arrival and he was so kind and courteous . Some of the neighboring restaurants offer discounts to guests at the hotel and he was sure to share the information with us. Mana at the front desk was also very courteous and knowledgeable about the area upon our arrival. Great service at the bar from Daniel who put our football team on in the evening. Room was very clean and toiletries well stocked. Would 100% stay again.
