Such a beautiful and fun hotel. The kids loved the Waterpark and we spent several hours there. Even adults are able to go down the slides. Free breakfast was also great included pancakes and scrambles eggs and sausage

Conveniently located near lots of attractions. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. These places ALWAYS need more hooks and towel bars in the rooms. Except for the immediate area by the front door and awning, the parking lot was very icy and dangerous to walk on the entire 5 days we were here. I did see a salt truck go through as I was packing the car to leave, but it seems like the bare minimum was done prior to that. Breakfast was ok. Hilton really needs to get better quality sausage patties and cook them longer to get some browning. They were barely cooked with a gelatinous, squishy texture. Nice Hampton Inn, quiet area. Some cosmetic flaws on windows above entry portico, but room was nice and quick elevators in center on complex. Above average breakfast with morning crew on top of refills and cleaning of tables. Lots of hotels sprinkled up and down Hwy 302 and some good restaurants a short drive away. There's also the Saco River covered bridge 3.5 miles just south. Mt Washington Cog Rail is less than an hour away, north of the hotel.

We checked in. No warm cookies that are the usual tradition. The front desk said it's because the hotel is under renovation and they are short staffed to have people bake the cookies. We booked the hotel only for the hot tub and water park being mentioned as warm water when we called to make the booking the day before. We come in and the water in the pool is freezing and the hot tub is out of order. A complete disappointment for the adults and the kids in our party. We paid extra and booked this property over the Hilton garden inn that is a totally new and cleaner property for these specific amenities. A total disappointment as we called and made sure before the booking.

Ive stayed here a couple of times and I rather like this hotel. The suites are huge and very nice. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a real good night's sleep. The staff is great. I had a small issue with the TV in my room and it was handled quickly and professionally which I appreciated. The location is great right on 16. Lots of places to eat with in walking distance. I like this hotel quite a bit
