Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile I-65@ Airport Blvd

We spent the weekend at this hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are basic, but the common areas exceptional. The room for breakfast is beautiful, 2 story with fireplace and built ins. So nice. The pool area is far nicer than you'd expect from a hotel at his price. Breakfast is really good. The staff, I mean everyone, is so friendly. If chick fil A was a hotel, this would be it! Highly recommend!

From the moment you step through the doors here, you are welcomed and FEEL welcome. It's just pure southern hospitality that comes through everywhere. The front desk person was Kim and she was awesome! Truthfully though we did not meet single employee that did not exude hospitality! We have stayed in hundreds of Hampton Inns over the years and this is definitely in the Top 3! If anyone does not know what 'southern hospitality' truly is, we suggest that you stay here and see. A delight and we will go out of our way to stay here again in the future. For total transparency though (and this is nothing the staff could do differently) but the road noise was surprisingly loud. Everything from check in to check out has been amazing! We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Mobile! Amber checked us in quickly and efficiently and was so welcoming! Met us with a smile and such kindness. She rescued our night and took such good care of us! Ms. Dana met us early with a smile and went out of her way to be sure we had everything we needed! Kim checked us out with a wonderful smile, a warm hug and such kindness! She gave our day the perfect start! I cannot wait to stay here again and reconnect with these wonderful people! Nice enough hotel. Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. However hotel is noisy. Free breakfast was good for a free breakfast. There is only one chair in the room, even though the room size would permit. Didn't like always having to sit on the bed. I'll pass on this place next time in mobile
