Hampton Inn & Suites Lady Lake/The Villages

Shower products on the wrong wall for handicap room. 134. no grab bar in front of person showering. No extra luggage rack for the extra suitcases. Reported to management and maintenance. Stated they will take care of it. Staff very pro active. Pleasant. Cooperative.

Positive: Annie the young lady who checks us in definitely goes over and beyond and makes check in amazing. Negative: Ice machine on 2nd floor has not been working the last 2 times we have stayed there and elevator (closest to lobby) definitely seems like it is going to get stuck and needs to be checked.

I don't know if you guys are new to EV charging, but it's pretty standard for a hotel to not have their EV chargers set to charge for idling. The fact that you have this set up to charge me $0.10 a minute for every minute that I'm not actively charging could be considered price gouging. So say I check in at 7:00 or 8:00 and plug in my car and then I'm supposed to wake up in the middle of the night to unplug it and move it so I don't get charged $$ until Im ready to check out? Charging for idle time is fully optional by the way and the entire reason I canceled my reservation after arriving. Also, most hotels offer free charging for their customers so it's not only a little insulting that I have to pay for the charge itself but the fact that you want me to wake up in the middle of the night

I stayed at this Hampton Inn Lady Lakes in the Villages for five nights in early February 2026. My room service was horrible! They never came in my room to clean the bathroom, pick up the trash or make my bed!!! For five nights, my bed was never made!!! NEVER! I had to flag down the cleaning lady in the hallway to get fresh towels for my bathroom! Also, when I made my reservations two months in advance, it stated free parking. Well, when I checked in, the front desk told me there will be a daily parking fee!!! Unbelievable! All of the above is totally unacceptable! This hotel’s total failure completely ruined my vacation! This is not a normal Hampton Inn. I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Clean rooms and common areas and nice staff made for a pleasant two night stay. Convenient to the Savannah Theater where we saw a show, places to eat and things to do. We will definitely stay there again.
