Comfort Suites Lady Lake - The Villages

Clean room. Comfy beds. Reliable hot water in the bathroom. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast was okay. Unfortunately, there was a live cockroach in my room. Walls seemed thin; sounds from adjacent rooms were coming through too loud. The WiFi was speed was slow.

Clean overall. But the employee's are the best. The young lady in the breakfast area was very friendly and accommodating. But the nicest was the front desk lady, didnt get her name, for calling me about a fan and some food items I had left intentionally. Even offering to mail them to me. That's going above and beyond!!! Thx

Decent hotel just needs some maintenance and CLEANING. Pool needs good cleaning. Staff is friendly and helpful.Good location easy to get around. Definitely dog friendly quite a few here. Lots of dog hair everywhere and everything smells of dog. Wifi is horrible

We have stayed at this location several times and it is always an enjoyable stay. The rooms have always been clean and feels welcoming. The bed in our room was comfortable enough and we slept without complaint. ||The breakfast display was not huge but adequate. With the usual carb offerings, there were poached eggs and bacon. We prefer a heavy protien breakfast so we had a muffin with eggs and bacon sandwich was would have been perfect with a slice of cheese. ||There was a holder for boiled eggs but there were none in the cooler.

We had a great time. The three things I do want to say that stood out to me more than any others are the lady Joyce, who helped me upon check-in, and the dining room attendant who was so caring about my daughters leg, When we came down on Saturday and realized it was the weekend We both were so ☹ we were not going to see you before we left. you both made us feel so welcome. With our entire family back in town and not truly liking Fl you both make it very enjoyable. No one takes care of the place like you two do. I do want to give a great word to the second shift lady for the week as well; she was just as great. Now, not to say the staff is not great, but the three of these ladies made our stay the most terrifically splendid of most of the last five years. This is where we will be staying f
